Terms and conditions

Date: 1 July 2026, Wednesday. Time: 11:00–19:00. Format: offline, UAE. Lunch is included in the participation fee.

Participation is AED 500 and includes lunch. Dynamic pricing applies depending on the sales stage.

Tickets are electronic; entry details are sent to the contact information provided by the participant. One ticket admits one participant.

Refunds are possible net of the organiser's actually incurred costs. Refund processing takes up to 14 business days.

We collect your name, phone number, email and Telegram handle for the purpose of running the event. The data is stored securely and retained for the period required by applicable law. Personal data is not shared with third parties except as required by law.

Participants take part at their own risk. The organiser reserves the right to refuse participation.
